Your Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to meet hiring goals and turnaround times.
  • Create and update job postings across various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Screen all applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and requirements.
  • Generate employment contracts and facilitate the job offer process.
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Ability to maintain service quality under time pressure.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
