Logistics Operations Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all shipments, proactively communicating with scheduling, load management and carrier sales to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure seamless shipment delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform scorecard audits to ensure external and internal metrics are aligned
  • Assist in providing feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers
  • Process accessorials and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 9+ months work experience in logistics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • High level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn
