About the Position:

This detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting operational activities to ensure smooth movement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will track shipments, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor shipment statuses to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Schedule and manage pickups and delivery appointments.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics data.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.
  • Prepare reports for the logistics department.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding shipping status and logistics.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Previous experience in logistics or administration is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or tools is advantageous.
