Job Overview

The Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end movement of materials to project sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery of materials efficiently and on schedule.
  • Manage import/export documentation and customs procedures.
  • Track shipments, resolve delays or issues promptly.
  • Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and lead times.
  • Oversee safe handling, storage, and inventory control of incoming goods.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in renewable energy or EPC sectors.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Knowledge of local and international shipping markets and transportation providers.
Requirements and Benefits:
  • Prior experience with utility-scale or commercial solar project logistics.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or logistics management systems.
