Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling inbound shipments, tracking shipments from suppliers and manufacturers, and selecting transportation methods based on guidance from team members.

You will assist in preparing and organizing import documentation, such as invoices and packing lists, and ensure documents are accurate and complete. You will also support the team in learning and following customs and import regulations, gather documents for customs brokers and internal use, and learn about the customs clearance process.

In addition, you will help document processes and update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed, participate in improving team workflows through feedback and collaboration, communicate with suppliers via email or phone to confirm shipment details, and report shipment status and updates to internal teams.

This is an entry-level position that requires strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and manage time effectively. You should be comfortable using Windows-based desktop software and basic office tools, have excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and quality, and be able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or other relevant course
  • Knowledge of Incoterms
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes
  • BASIC ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY
  • CLEAR AND PROFESSIONAL WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
