Bookkeeper Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our Back Office team. This full-time position involves managing multiple books/entities, recording financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple book/entity records
  • Record and process financial transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) and sales of goods or services between related and third-party entities
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
  • Verify transactions and ledgers
  • Run regular expense reports and distribute them to management
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and GAAP principles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
