\Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our core financial systems.

\Key Responsibilities:

  • \System Administration & Support:
    • \
    • Act as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for NetSuite, managing user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.\
    • Provide day-to-day support to Finance and business users, resolving system issues promptly.

  • \Process Optimization & Automation:
    • \
    • Analyze business processes across Finance, Accounting, and related functions, recommending and implementing system improvements, automation, and integrations to reduce manual effort.\
    • Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy scalable workflows, custom scripts, and controls.
    \
  • \Implementation & Projects:
    • \
    • Support system upgrades, module implementations, and third-party integrations (e.g., CRM, billing platforms, payment gateways).\
    • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors when needed.\
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

  • \Data Management & Reporting:
    • \
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data across NetSuite and integrated systems.\
    • Develop and maintain saved searches, KPIs, and custom reports to support decision-making.\
    • Support monthly/quarterly close activities with system-driven reconciliations and reporting.\
    • Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.\
    • Implement controls to safeguard data integrity and system security.
