Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries via various channels including inbound phones, live support, and email
  • Give accurate and concise information in a professional and personable manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries through Live Chat, email, and phone calls

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Professional demeanor
  • Experience communicating with customers over Email, Webchat, and Phones
