Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to spearhead our financial planning and reporting initiatives. This key role will require collaboration with finance leaders across major US cities, driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead critical projects across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Leverage expertise in financial reporting and analysis to drive informed decision-making, manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop financial models, build 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives, support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including supporting monthly financial close processes, such as accruals, reclasses, variance analysis, and reporting, while applying a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM, strong analytical mindset and ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deliverables independently in a remote environment.
