Compensation and Benefits Professional

The role of Compensation and Benefits Professional is a critical position within the organization, requiring strong analytical and project management skills to enhance and standardize corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs.

This professional will collaborate with HRBPs and the broader HR organization to improve internal equity, market competitiveness, and the overall impact on the business. Excellent communication, partnership, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, data analysis, and interpretation skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal/external market analysis to develop pay ranges, update and align strategies as needed.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.
  • Partner with Global Compensation and Benefits team in process management of global merit, bonus, and equity cycles including budget modeling, systems updates/changes, training, reporting, and support of approval processes.
  • Design and manage the benefits programs, including benefits administration for the region.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training/communications on various compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
  • Utilize various tools that support compensation and benefits programs and initiatives, and work with HRIS to align systems with compensation and benefits needs in support of the technology roadmap.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to consider multiple audiences, bring people along, and drive change throughout the organization.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Relentless focus on quality and accuracy.
