Program Manager Job Summary

About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, aligning global programs, and improving critical processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance, with a proven track record of driving sales efficiency and effectiveness.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion, planning and leading high-impact initiatives, and building a culture of globally consistent best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion.
  • Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously assess operational risks and leverage operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
  • Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery.
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Act as client champion and facilitate timely resolution of client issues, leveraging resources across the company as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficient experience managing mildly complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights.
  • Self-motivated with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
  • Developing persuasive written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams.
  • Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance.
  • At least 5 years of related experience (sales, presales, or sales training preferred).
  • Decision-making, consensus-building, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, be customer-facing, and stay organized.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
