Japanese Bilingual Recruiter Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual Recruitment Consultant with specialized expertise in catering to Japanese clients across diverse industries.

This role involves the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews, providing endorsements, and managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to source potential Japanese speaking candidates for positions specified by our clients. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  2. Interviews and Assessments: Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, language proficiency, and cultural fit for Japanese clients. Administer assessments or tests when necessary.
  3. Endorsements and Recommendations: Provide detailed and accurate candidate endorsements to clients, highlighting their qualifications and suitability for the roles. Offer recommendations based on client preferences and requirements.
  4. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment processes. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize recruitment strategies and meet client expectations.
  6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and client communications. Regularly update daily and weekly reports on recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Japanese Bilingual Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a manpower or consulting company.
  3. Strong English skills required. Preferred: JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent Japanese fluency.
  4. Adept knowledge of Japanese business culture and hiring practices.
  5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools for sourcing and managing candidate databases.
  6. Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  7. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  8. Open to working at a Makati office and capable of arranging a functional work-from-home setup when necessary.
