Car Rental Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the Car Rental Operations role in our dynamic and rapidly growing car rental company.

This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including tolls and parking tickets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage CRM systems.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • A background in marketing or relevant skills is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace, and adaptability in learning new internal software and systems.
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Compliant hardware and software requirements for remote work.
