Job Description
  • Process orders and manage client invoices in SAP System, ensuring accurate data entry and timely submissions.
  • Administer incoming invoices, communicate with stakeholders, and update internal databases.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in document handling and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review draft inspection reports for errors and inaccuracies.
  2. Investigate non-payment issues and resolve them promptly.
  3. Record vessel port traffic status and assist affiliates with queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Commercial or administrative background with experience in office or administrative roles, ideally in finance or HR support.
  • Solid understanding of invoice processing and accounting workflows.
