We're seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing workflows, ensuring smooth automation of email, SMS campaigns, pipelines, and lead management systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in automation tools like GoHighLevel (GHL).
Responsibilities:- Build, manage, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Set up and maintain automated pipelines to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes.
- Work within GoHighLevel (GHL) to create workflows, triggers, and CRM automations.
- Handle basic coding (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) for email templates and minor automation customizations.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking campaign performance and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Proven experience in marketing automation, email/SMS marketing, or CRM management.
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and other automation tools.
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for email and automation customizations.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and lead nurturing sequences.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking and reporting.
