Job Role Summary

This position is responsible for contributing to the development of our global database. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of benefit plans and HR practices worldwide.
  • Utilizing and enhancing data, process, and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a program emphasizing mathematics or business. Proficiency in French and English languages is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Previous benefits or insurance experience is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating the BDS knowledge base by learning and understanding the benefits and HR policies and practices landscape of assigned countries.
  • Processing client submissions and data entry requests through checking completeness and accuracy of data, preparing and sending queries, interpreting plan documents and client answers, and coordinating with stakeholders via email or phone calls.
  • Ensuring the quality of survey questionnaires by reviewing content and ensuring alignment with current country provisions, logging questionnaire changes on a timely basis, and coordinating with local country champions on necessary updates.
  • Adhering to approved process documents, workflows, templates, and training materials.
  • Effective utilization and understanding of various tools and platforms in data collection, processing, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with the team daily to ensure quality and timeliness of work through sharing of ideas and best practices.
