Senior Benefits Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Specialist to support the day-to-day administration of US benefits and help design administration systems and processes to enable rapid growth and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert in US benefits programs, serving as the primary point of contact for employees on all benefits questions.
  • Process-oriented, collaborate with global benefits vendors to solve employee benefits issues.
  • Host benefits orientations and manage the benefits administration system.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, including HIPAA, COBRA, ACA reporting, and national and local filings.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in US benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of global benefits administration processes.
  • Knowledge of regulations impacting US and global benefits, with hands-on application experience.
  • Experience managing vendors, projects, and programs.
