We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the architectural vision of our fast-growing tech-driven organization.

  • Architectural Strategy and Vision:
    • Develop a cohesive, long-term application architecture roadmap that aligns with broader enterprise goals.
    • Define architectural frameworks, standards, and guiding principles to ensure technical excellence.
    • Identify shared requirements and create foundational systems that support other business domains.
  • Technology Leadership:
    • Make high-level decisions on technology stacks and design approaches that drive innovation.
    • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain technical superiority.
    • Govern and oversee architecture review processes and lifecycle standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
    • Communicate architecture strategies effectively across stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Mentor and guide the architecture team to encourage professional growth and a culture of innovation.
    • Promote ownership and continuous improvement among team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
