NetSuite Engineering Manager Role

This is a high-level position that oversees the development and strategic direction of our NetSuite-based solutions.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage multiple teams and drive technical excellence in NetSuite platform development. The role includes integrating AI capabilities to enable security data query using natural language and enhance security teams' ability to assess data exposure and access risks.

  • Team Leadership: Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams, develop leadership talent, foster ownership, remove blockers, and create an inclusive environment
  • Recruitment & Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions
  • Tech Oversight: Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across multiple teams
  • Custom NetSuite Development: Oversee scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies
  • Code Quality Standards: Maintain code quality standards and ensure security compliance with ERP best practices
  • Strategic Execution: Translate business goals into engineering strategy and actionable objectives for ERP platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science or related field
  • Years of Experience: 10+ years in enterprise software development, 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers
  • Technical Skills: JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server, multi-tenant SaaS architectures, ERP system implementation and management
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional leadership experience
