Our Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading a team dedicated as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues from employees and supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or related role, with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential to handle complex and ambiguous cases.
