Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of change management principles are essential for success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing change management strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Supporting business units during the transition to improve client, advisor, and employee experience.
  • Creating comprehensive change management plans, including communication plans, training, and coaching plans.
  • Collaborating with Project Change Managers to ensure proper change impact assessments, change gaps, and change initiatives are developed.
