We are seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents.
- Work directly with office staff and assist with multiple tasks.
- Keep all office documents filed, organized, and maintained.
- Audit invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.
- Enter invoices accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
- Process purchase orders and act as a primary contact between internal and external customers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrative Specialist.
- Proficiency in data entry skills and ability to use business solutions software.
- Track record of completing work with high quality and accuracy.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to prepare reports.
