About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents.
  • Work directly with office staff and assist with multiple tasks.
  • Keep all office documents filed, organized, and maintained.
  • Audit invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.
  • Enter invoices accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
  • Process purchase orders and act as a primary contact between internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrative Specialist.
  • Proficiency in data entry skills and ability to use business solutions software.
  • Track record of completing work with high quality and accuracy.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to prepare reports.
