
Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and technical support. This is a project-based opportunity that requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of technical support experience, with strong English communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers in a courteous and effective way.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Assisting customers in setting up and troubleshooting technical issues with software and hardware.
Additional Requirements:
- A quiet workspace with a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher, bandwidth requirements - download speed: at least 6 Mbps; upload speed: at least 6 Mbps.
- Technical support background with experience in answering chats, emails, and calls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn.
- Calm under pressure, with minimal supervision required.
