
Remote Customer Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled customer support specialist to provide high-quality assistance to our clients. As a remote agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues through effective problem-solving strategies.
- Conduct thorough research to gather information supporting customer needs.
- Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely manner.
- Offer guidance to customers to help them find the most suitable solutions.
- Foster a positive customer experience by following established scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information with care.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior call center experience is an asset.
- Excellent command of the English language is essential.
- A typing speed of 20+ words per minute is necessary for efficient communication.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems is also required.
