The Job
We are looking for a highly skilled Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Growth Marketing Associate, your mission is to open as many doors as possible for prospects to discover Workbean and turn interest into leads. You will focus on developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies (social media, content, paid ads, email marketing, SEO, etc.), identifying and optimizing acquisition channels to maximize inbound leads, running experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates, leveraging data and insights to refine marketing campaigns, and building strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to expand reach.

What You'll Do
  1. Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (social media, content, paid ads, email marketing, SEO, etc.)

  2. Identify and optimize acquisition channels to maximize inbound leads

  3. Run experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates

  4. Leverage data and insights to refine marketing campaigns

  5. Build strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to expand reach


Requirements
  1. Proven experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth hacking

  2. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools)

  3. Creative thinker who can execute campaigns with agility

  4. Strong analytical skills—comfortable interpreting data and optimizing campaigns

  5. Possession for employer branding and HR communities is a plus
