Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team at MOVE Your Biz. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists and CRM tools, aiming to introduce our services.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value propositions of our services, engaging prospects with a persuasive approach.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria by asking open-ended questions and gathering relevant client information.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all leads are properly handled, providing them with detailed notes on client interactions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made and appointments set.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong verbal communication, persuasive, and negotiation skills, with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Familiarity with general sales techniques, including open-ended questioning, trial closing, and lead qualification strategies.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to manage leads and track interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and general computer skills. Must be able to type at a minimum of 40-50 words per minute.
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and consistently meet or exceed set targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with lead generation and appointment-setting strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
