We are seeking an experienced Community & Influencer Associate to drive and execute our influencer and community engagement strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, building relationships, and activating influencers across various campaigns and events.

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness and reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Manage community engagement efforts, including edamama Circle and Facebook Groups, to foster a highly engaged and loyal community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit influencers aligned with edamama's brand values and messaging.
  • Negotiate terms and expectations for paid collaborations and x-deals.
  • Execute monthly product seeding campaigns for edamama and private label brands.
  • Propose innovative ideas and strategies to optimize influencer activations and improve campaign performance.
