Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Process Improvement Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions to address them.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College Graduate
  • Extensive experience in process improvement and quality assurance (QA)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field
  • Total professional experience of no less than 7 years

  • Process Analysis & Improvement: Map current processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop solutions to optimize operations.
  • Project Leadership: Lead process improvement projects, oversee their execution, and ensure successful implementation of changes.
  • Methodology Application: Apply tools and techniques like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to facilitate improvements.
