Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers participating in our courses.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to provide top-notch support through phone or email based on processes and supervisor guidance.
Responsibilities- Manage relationships with customers/learners participating in our courses.
- Provide support through phone or email based on processes and supervisor guidance:
- Solve customer complaints.
- Follow up on training progress.
- Conduct demo calls.
- Assist clients managers/sales teams when necessary.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) discussed with learning advisor team leads/managers.
- 1 to 4 years experience in customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs and Open Office.
- Advanced English level with fluency in reading and writing.
- Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required.
