Business Partnerships Manager

The Business Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning business strategies with organizational objectives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives that support business growth and talent optimization.
  • Employee Engagement: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Mediate complex employee issues and foster a positive work environment.
  • Talent Development: Analyze workforce data and trends to inform succession planning, talent development, and organizational design strategies.
  • Change Management: Lead people strategies during organizational change, including restructuring, expansion, or transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor and change champion.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or business partner role. Experience in a high-growth tech environment is a plus.

    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools
    • Deep understanding of labor laws and employee relations
    • Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization
