Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to support our global HR operations across key functions, including Employee Central, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.

The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless functionality and optimization of HR systems, particularly the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) platform.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. System Management & Administration

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.

Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams to coordinate system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting across multiple modules.

Conduct system audits and recommend improvements for enhanced performance and efficiency.

  1. Reporting & Analytics

Generate and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into HR metrics.

Evaluate data accuracy and consistency through rigorous validation and quality control.

Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to align with organizational objectives.

  1. User Support & Process Optimization

Provide technical support and training to HRIS users, troubleshooting issues and implementing system enhancements.

Develop documentation for HRIS procedures and create training materials to improve system utilization.

Identify opportunities for process automation and system streamlining.

Special Projects & Expertise

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special HRIS-related projects.

Serve as a subject matter expert in Employee Central, advising HR and other stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
