About the Job

HelloConnect is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our payroll and benefits team.

About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting payroll-related tasks, including accurate employee timesheet reporting, updating payroll records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.

  • Coordinate changes in payroll with the People Team including terminations, new hires, leaves of absence, retro adjustments, salary changes, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports and records.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Maintain and administer group benefits records including LTD, CDCP, etc.
  • Prepare and file ROE in a timely manner.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • 1-3 years of payroll and benefits administration experience handling CANADA.
  • PCP Certified or working toward a PCP designation is an asset.
  • Previous ADP Workforce Now, Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR, payroll, and benefits-related information.
