Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, school partnerships, job fairs, and other initiatives in order to prepare an active pool of applicants for any vacancy.
  • Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications to ensure job fit.
  • Administer and evaluate candidate examinations and coordinate interviews with line leaders or HRBPs.
  • Prepare and communicate job offers, ensuring timely submission of pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain and update the Recruitment Monitoring Report, Branch Plantilla, and provide weekly updates on hiring progress.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or Human Resources, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment management systems.
