Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled automation professional to serve as the backbone of our automation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on streamlining processes, connecting systems, and enabling teams to work smarter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cross-platform automations that integrate various tools and APIs.

Key responsibilities include partnering with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensure efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems, and connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.

  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.

Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
Professional Background:
  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and workflow reliability.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new platforms and tools as the automation landscape evolves.
