About the Operations Specialist Role

The Operations Specialist will support key operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in our core business operations.

  • Assist with data entry, system processing, and reconciliation of financial records.
  • Perform routine and ad hoc tasks to support administrative programs.
  • Upload and manage critical documents and data across platforms.
  • Follow established workflows meticulously to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet high standards.
  • Provide operational support and help balance workload demands during peak periods.
  • Maintain detailed records of tasks, workflows, and updates to ensure consistent and transparent operations.
  • Assist in generating periodic reports to track progress and identify process efficiencies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations or process-oriented role.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow established workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow into an expert role.
