Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve and standardize processes to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation to promote ongoing learning and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain operational frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.
  • Ensure frameworks remain relevant through regular review and iteration.
  • Support audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.
  • Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements and support informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient solutions.
