Operational Improvement Specialist

As a critical component of our organization, this position will spearhead projects by leading a team of stakeholders and conducting in-depth analysis. This role will play a pivotal management part in gathering and analyzing data, designing and building solutions for key partners.
Key Responsibilities- Assist process owners to identify improvement opportunities, contextualizing and conceptualizing objectives and needs into established frameworks.
- Manage operational information of business areas, working with teams to leverage technology when necessary.
- Lead process redesign workshops, facilitating knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering to clients.
- Sponsor executives responsible for relationships with strategic clients on process optimization matters related to their LOB(s).
- Perform moderately complex audits and assessments of internal processes to ensure compliance, applying internal audit standards and policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Internal Hires).
- Proven knowledge of CI methodologies such as Lean, 5S, TOC, BPR, ERP, CRM, BPM, BI, and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent presentation skills and full English language proficiency.
- Ability to travel.
