Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. This will involve actively listening to their concerns, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have in a prompt and courteous manner.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting doctors with technical or customer-related issues that may arise during consultations, ensuring a smooth experience for both doctors and customers. They will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer information, issues, and resolutions using appropriate tools and systems.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service, operations, or healthcare-related role. A proven track record of excellent customer service, operations, and logistics experience is essential. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is also required to effectively communicate with team members from different countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels.
  • Actively listen to customers' concerns and requirements, offering suitable solutions or guidance to efficiently resolve their issues and meet their needs.
  • Assist doctors in resolving technical or customer-related issues that arise during consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, issues, and resolutions using appropriate tools and systems.
