Job Overview

This role involves managing delivery from end to end, ensuring client websites and digital assets are completed on time, to spec, and at the highest standard of quality.

The Impact You'll Have:
  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
  • Actively contribute to our culture by providing regular feedback, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
