We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to lead our online presence and drive measurable growth across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a digital, content, or lifestyle company. They'll be responsible for managing all content across digital platforms, creating compelling and trend-driven content that reflects the brand and resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all content across digital platforms — including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.
  • Creating engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand and appeals to our target audience.
  • Monitoring media, social, and pop culture for trending wedding, entertainment, and lifestyle stories relevant to our community.
  • Driving traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies.
  • Optimising the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalisation.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.
  • Proven experience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, with strategies tailored for each.
  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display.
  • Understanding of omni-channel environments (website, CRM, social, advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
