Job Overview

This is a key role in our digital project management team. As a Client Success Administrator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects.

Working closely with our Client Success Managers (CSMs), you will maintain project workflows, translate briefs into actionable tasks, and support communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.

Your main responsibility will be to provide essential support to our CSMs by maintaining project workflows, translating briefs into actionable tasks, supporting communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.

You will work collaboratively with onshore Client Success Managers to align on project goals, timelines, and task prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client-facing teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

Sprint Execution

  • Use sprint planning to organize upcoming work.
  • Monitor burn down rates and task progression.
  • Adjust workloads and priorities to meet sprint goals.

Task Management

  • Set up and manage tasks in project management tools.
  • Allocate work to the appropriate team members.
  • Keep task lists organized and updated.

Communication

  • Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and complete.
  • Support internal reviews and client updates.
Requirements
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts.
