Digital Reputation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to manage our company's digital reputation. This role will involve monitoring online platforms, generating positive reviews, and providing administrative support to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online conversations and respond promptly to protect and enhance our brand reputation
- Develop strategies to counter inaccurate or negative posts/comments
- Generate and coordinate positive app store reviews through legitimate channels
- Track and report on online sentiment and reputation metrics
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online reputation management, social listening, or digital community engagement
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and discretion in sensitive matters
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of social media and app store platforms
