Job Description

The ideal candidate is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and managing marketing projects from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Regularly communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates and maintain strong relationships.
  • Project Coordination and Execution: Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategic Support: Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance results.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing ongoing client projects to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction levels and proactively addressing concerns to maintain positive relationships.
  • Providing data-driven recommendations to clients highlighting opportunities for growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this role:

  • Near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at a agency supporting SEO and PPC operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
