As a UX Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless collaboration between our team and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate UX tasks, which involves communicating with both internal teams and external clients to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate project requirements and timelines to all stakeholders
  • Assist in converting project conversations into actionable tasks
  • Keep clients informed about task progress, blockers, and changes
  • Coordinate task schedules and budgets for assignees
  • Manage ClickUp tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Review design requirements to ensure they meet client expectations
  • Coordinate Figma files to guarantee consistency across projects
  • Support the delivery of designs to clients through various means
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • Understanding of UI/UX Design principles and software development processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Figma and ClickUp tools
  • Able to identify areas for process improvement
  • Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in ClickUp and Figma tools
  • Experience in managing or coordinating UI/UX projects
