Lead Designer for Interactive Experiences

We seek an accomplished and forward-thinking designer to spearhead the visual direction of our gaming and entertainment platforms. As a key player in shaping the user experience, your work will have a direct impact on the engagement and satisfaction of thousands of users daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for modern gaming websites and mobile applications
  • Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to enhance the overall UX across various platforms
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with product goals
  • Stay current with industry trends in interactive UX, interface innovation, and digital entertainment
Essential Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • A strong portfolio featuring user-centric designs within gaming or digital platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
  • Understanding of behavioral UX and conversion-optimized design principles
  • Experience with motion design tools is a plus
  • Intermediate or higher English communication skills
