Role Summary

A UX Designer transforms microsites and webpages into user-friendly sites for our clients. Tasks involve understanding user requirements, creating graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools is essential. The goal is to develop functional and visually appealing features that meet client needs and help expand the customer base.

">Key Responsibilities">
  1. Discuss project scope with clients or art directors and provide design solutions and recommendations.
  2. Create mood boards to communicate design directions clearly.
  3. Conceptualize and push creative boundaries based on client briefs, suggesting appropriate message, style, or media.
  4. Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines and client expectations.
  5. Estimate time required for project completion.
  6. Develop innovative web designs for client presentations.
  7. Guide and monitor other designers' work to ensure timely project delivery.
  8. Coordinate with art directors on project progress and concerns.
  9. Incorporate client feedback into final designs.
  10. Review designs for errors, inconsistencies, and technical compliance before submission.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in interaction design with a supporting portfolio.
  • Fundamentals of UI/UX: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, usability testing.
  • Experience with design systems to ensure coherent design practices.
  • Work setup: Hybrid.
  • Willingness to undergo a 6-month project-based contract, with potential for regularization based on performance.
