Job Description

We offer on-demand UX services to various B2B SaaS companies.

The UX Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating UX tasks internally and with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate UX tasks internally and with clients
  • Convert project conversation/discussion into relevant tasks
  • Keep clients updated with tasks, progress, and blockers
  • Communicate task schedules and budget to assignees
  • Create and assign tasks to team members
  • Review that design requirements are met and approved by design lead
  • Coordinate internal and client files, ensuring that approved designs are updated in client files.
  • Help in delivering designs to clients (usually Loom or sometimes call)

Requirements:

  • 0-2 Years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • General understanding of UI/UX Design and software development process
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in using Figma (managing files, pages, layers, accounts)
  • Proactive in improving existing processes
  • Proficient in using ClickUp
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert in ClickUp and Figma
  • Experience managing or coordinating UI UX projects
