Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to lead the end-to-end design of our consumer-facing aged care mobile app and platform for healthcare professionals and systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UX design, preferably with at least 2 years designing health or medical tech products. They will be responsible for conducting design research, user analysis, and creating accessible, high-contrast, readable, and intuitive interfaces that meet the unique needs of the aged care market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a consumer-facing aged care mobile app and a platform for health systems and healthcare professionals
  • Use Figma as your primary design tool
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams to deliver user-friendly, scalable solutions
  • Conduct design research and user analysis to understand our diverse user groups, especially older adults

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of UX design experience
  2. 2+ years of startup experience where you managed your work independently
  3. Experience designing for older adults with a strong focus on accessibility and usability
  4. Proficiency in Figma
  5. Strong design research skills and the ability to uncover user needs without constant direction
  6. A proactive, self-driven attitude and a strong desire to build
