Client Support Assistant
Job DescriptionThe Client Support Assistant is responsible for managing inbound client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely responses to ensure client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs and be able to handle various inquiries independently after training.
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clear communication
- 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication
- Confident in phone communication and capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients
- Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email
