Job Description

The Client Support Assistant is responsible for managing inbound client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely responses to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs and be able to handle various inquiries independently after training.

  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure clear communication
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication
  • Confident in phone communication and capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients
  • Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email
