We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have consistently driven client success and revenue growth in complex B2B environments.

In this position, you will own complete customer lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion, managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while identifying growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting to business owners and senior stakeholders, with excellent spoken and written English skills. You'll also need strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving renewals.
  • Comfortable presenting to business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills.
